Goushou Aoyama ist ein japanischer Mangaka, der vor allem durch den Manga Detektiv Conan großen Ruhm erntete. Dieser wurde auch als Anime verfilmt. Damit gehört er zu den meistverdienenden Mangaka in Japan.

Neben dem Mangazeichnen ist er auch begeisterter Anhänger von Kendo- und Baseball. Auch für Fußball kann er sich begeistern. Goushou ist außerdem ein leidenschaftlicher Krimi-Fan, vor allem von den Sherlock-Holmes-Romanen ist er angetan.

2006 war er Gast bei der Comic-Salon Erlangen.
