Yamato braucht einen Neuanfang und da kommt ihm die Einladung von seiner Tante gerade recht. Die lädt ihn ein, in ihrem Apartmentkomplex in Tokio mietfrei zu wohnen. Diese Chance hat nur einen kleinen Haken: Es ist ein Gebäudekomplex, in dem eigentlich nur Mädchen wohnen dürfen. Die Dinge werden noch komplizierter, als Yamato seine Nachbarin Suzuka trifft, der Hochsprungstar der örtlichen Schule. Yamato verliebt sich auf Anhieb, muss aber bald erfahren, dass Suzuka einen ziemlich schwierigen Charakter hat. Kann so ein gewöhnlicher Junge wie Yamato jemals ein Mädchen wie sie erobern?

A quindici anni Yamato si trasferisce a Tokyo per continuare gli studi al liceo. Alloggia presso alcuni parenti che gestiscono una sorta di residenza riservata solo alle donne, con bagni termali annessi. Sulla strada di casa, il nuovo arrivato, che non conosce ancora nessuno, si innamora a prima vista di una bellissima ragazza che si allena nel salto in alto. Scopre poi che quella dolce visione abita proprio nell’edificio dove lui è ospite, e che il suo nome è Suzuka...
