Nachdem Dai Miyamoto in seinem Heimatland Japan seinen großen Traum – ein Blue Giant des Jazz zu werden – erreicht hat, will er nun mit seiner Musik auch den Rest der Welt erobern.

Allein bricht Dai nach Europa auf und landet zuerst in München. Er hat weder eine konkrete Anlaufstelle, noch spricht er Deutsch. Seine einzigen Begleiter sind sein Tenorsaxophon und sein unerschütterlicher Wille, der beste Saxophonspieler der Welt zu werden! Die erste Herausforderung besteht jedoch darin, einen Platz zum Üben zu finden.
