Dominion Conflict One è il seguito di Domination nel quale ritroviamo la vecchia squadra della Tank Police alla quale si sono aggregati i cattivi della prima serie. Tutti si daranno da fare non senza problemi di vario genere per contrastare il nuovo criminale di turno che sta attaccando la città con bombe puzzolente.
