How to add voice actor for a character

Late, but maybe someone else is interested. Here are two ways to do this. Either you go to the anime in which the character appears or directly to the character and in both cases click on the "Edit" button at the top of the title. When editing an anime you have to go to the subsection "Cast" and when editing a character you have to go to the subsection "Relations: Anime". For characters, you can only assign existing voice actors in the anime to the character. If you want to add a new voice actor, you have to do it through the anime.
