XEBEC was a Japanese animation studio.
Founded in May 1995 as a subsidiary of Studio I.G., the studio was responsible for a number of successful anime productions. In 2007, the company became independent.
After prolonged financial difficulties, the studio was dissolved at the end of May 2019. The animation division of the company was sold to Sunrise.
