SILVER LINK.

SILVER LINK. is an animation studio founded in December 2007 and is based in Tokyo Prefecture.

The company is a subsidiary of Asahi Broadcasting Group Holdings Corporation.

Most of the studio’s productions were directed by Shin Oonuma, who was previously an assistant director at SHAFT Inc.

On the 17th July 2020, it was announced that the CONNECT subsidiary would be integrated into SILVER LINK. and subsequently dissolved. However, the name CONNECT will remain for the new division.

In early August of the same year, the Asahi Broadcasting Group Holdings Corporation acquired all the shares of the company and SILVER LINK. was restructured. In the process, the existing SILVER LINK. company was transformed into an asset management company and a new animation studio, also called SILVER LINK., was established and merged with CONNECT, which is now a division of the company.

Dabei wurde das bestehende Unternehmen SILVER LINK. in ein Asset-Management-Unternehmen umfunktioniert sowie ein neues Animationsstudio, ebenfalls SILVER LINK. genannt, gegründet und mit CONNECT fusioniert, das nun eine Abteilung des Unternehmens ist.
