Kako Tengan ist der Promi-Schwarm von Youta Narukami. Sie ist eine berühmte Anwältin und hat kaum Zeit, um Urlaub zu machen. Sie liebt ihren Job, weshalb sie auch keinen Grund sieht, sich eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Für ihr liebstes Hobby hat sie jedoch immer Zeit: Mahjong. Sie organisierte das Mahjong-Turnier »Libertas-Cup«, bei dem Youta, Akira Yatagarasu, Hisaharu Koganeyama und Tetsuya Hikawa gegeneinander antraten. Sie fand die individuelle Spielweise des Amateurs Youta faszinierend und betörend, weshalb dieser am Ende als Sieger vom Platz ging und von ihr ein unmoralisches Angebot bekam. Dieses lehnte er jedoch ab, woraufhin sie ihre arrogante und zornige Seite zeigte.
