After Takumi has managed to establish a status as a road legend, the next threat to the racers in Gunma Prefecture makes its appearance: the seemingly overpowering Emorors with their Lancer Evolution’s. In addition to their advanced cars, the drivers of this team have a very dangerous and aggressive driving style, which makes them powerful opponents. Now it’s up to Takumi and his AE86 to prove himself once again as the best of the best. But before he can even enter the race, it may be time for a workshop visit … Will he make it and defeat the powerful Emor drivers, or will the next race spell the end for his reputation as the talent of the century?

Nachdem Takumi es geschafft hat, sich einen Status als Straßenlegende zu etablieren, tritt die nächste Bedrohung für die Rennfahrer in der Gunma-Präfektur in Erscheinung: die scheinbar übermächtigen Emorors mit ihren Lancer Evolution’s. Die Fahrer dieses Teams haben neben ihren fortschrittlichen Autos einen sehr gefährlichen und aggressiven Fahrstil, was sie zu mächtigen Gegnern macht. Nun liegt es an Takumi und seinem AE86, sich ein weiteres Mal als der Beste der Besten zu beweisen. Doch bevor er das Rennen überhaupt antreten kann, wird es vielleicht Zeit für einen Werkstattbesuch … Wird er es schaffen und die mächtigen Emoror-Fahrer besiegen oder bedeutet das nächste Rennen das Ende für seinen Ruf als Jahrhunderttalent?
