Description

Surly and his friends, Buddy, Andie and Precious, discover that the mayor of Oakton City wants to make big money with a huge amusement park. The animals’ homes are bulldozed, and they now have to stop the mayor, his daughter and a crazy animal welfare officer to take back the city park.
